Welcome to my first venture into podcasting! From time to time, I'm going to share recorded thoughts and ideas via this blog. I'd love to hear what you think.
In this podcast, I look at the basic idea of passion and offer a couple simple questions to ask yourself to help bring more passion into your career.

Curt,
If you haven't done so already, I recommend adding this to the "latest 100 podcasts" list. It's a great way to get a wider audience with minimal effort.

(Drop the "pingform.html" from the above URL to view the list, if you are unfamiliar with that site.)
Thanks!

Hi Curt, I hope all is well with you. My question is this. How does one go about creating a podcast.
thanks
Jason

Curt,
I liked the podcast stuff, but in your topic you mention to be in a constant improvement mode. But more important you mention to change and align activities to who you are. I guess that definition is my struggle. “who you are” is a hard thing to define.
How do you start doing that?

Jason, I bought some audio recording software for my computer, bought a microphone, and started yabbering. It's almost too easy.
Luis. First, I would suggest going to the Self Exploration category in the left-hand column of this blog. Lots of ideas there. Then I would suggest buying my e-book, The Occupational Adventure Guide, which will take you through the process. And last but not least, there's always the possibility of working one-on-one with me. More information on that here.
Welcome to the blog!

Downloading at them moment. May I suggest adding your site name to the mp3 filename, as this makes it easier to identify. Perhaps also consider adding enclosures to your feed so that it can be downloaded automagically.

Great. Please:
a) make a feed
b) make it often
c) make a unique identifier
d) make nicer id3 tags. :)
Also it would be great if you an identifier in the front of your podcast otherwise the .
Tip: Extra Feed is easy. Make a new feed on feedburner and just add in this post a rel="enclosure" into your , enable feedburner to do podcasting and you have your out of the box podcast-feed :)

It's not a podcast if it doesn't have a feed - it's just an mp3 file that's available for download from your site.
