That over-active inner critic can be a huuuuuuge obstacle when you're trying to create something new. I went surfing to find some ideas:
Kick the habit of self-criticism
The inner critic: accepting ourselves
Invite the inner critic to leave
Who is this Inner Critic? How'd it get into my Head?
Making friends with my inner critic
Sponsoring thought, the inner critic, success and failure
Sticks and Stones: Disarming the Inner Critic
Self-criticism: The worst kind
Self-criticism breeds insecurity
How to stop your critic before it stops you!
Dialogue with your inner critic
Self-Help Tip: Overcoming Self-Criticism
