Seven deterrents to passion

If you're like most people (me included), you probably know first-hand that there are no end of things getting in the way of pursuing your passion. Here's an article that lists seven deterrents to passion. They are:

- Fear
- Self-doubt
- Paralysis
- Numbness
- Limited scope
- Procrastination
- Caution

Sometimes we're not even aware that these deterrents are at play. It's useful to take a look at each of these ideas and ask yourself, "Is this something that's holding me back?" If it is, ask, "OK, what can I do about it?" What small steps can you take to start chipping away at those obstacles and begin moving past them?
