As I've mentioned before, I'm working on a collaborative book project called MoreSpace with a collection of mighty fine busines bloggers. I've put together the basic outline of what I want to write about (I have 10,000 words at my disposal), and thought I would share it here. I will be soliciting feedback and ideas as time goes on, but for now here's the jist of it.
The basic idea is that passion is an intrinsic, self-sustaining source of fuel for success. That's true on a personal career level, that's true on an entrepreneurial level, and that's true at the overall business level.
The difference between someone who is on fire about what they're doing and someone who is just "doing their job" is night and day. This piece is about tapping into the potential that passion brings to the picture.
