Best-selling author Seth Godin's new e-book, Bull Market 2004, is out and lists this blog as one worth a visit for people who want to create a Purple cow - that is, a remarkable product or service!
According to the press release, the e-book is expected to reach 1 million people. You can download it here for free (or make a $21 donation that goes to Room to Read).
Cooler still is the fact that several other Occupational Adventure readers are included in the list of 45+ blogs, including:
Lori Richardson at Salesprocessdiva
(This blog can ultimately be traced back to Lori, as she organized the Fast Company Company of Friends meeting where John Porcaro shared the insights on blogging that inspired me to begin.)
John Moore at Johnnie Moore
Rob at Businesspundit
Mark Brady at Fouroboros
Jon Strand at Business Evolutionist
Todd at A Penny For...
John Moore (a different one) at Brand Autopsy
There might be more on the list who read this blog, but those are the folks who have shown themselves on the Occupational Adventure radar screen.
Seth's new book, Free Prize Inside, will hit the stores May 11th. Definitely worth a read.

Dear Curt,
Congrats on getting onto Seth's select list of Blog.
I got mentioned by Seth too as the 'factoid' guy:)
"Avi sends me interesting factoids by email all the time"
Cheers!

Congrats, I noticed your listing. Funny you should mention procrastination in your subsequent post. I missed the deadline. I put off adding my listing (procrastination is related to perfectionism -- it wasn't quite "good enough" yet) until the last minute and then forgot as I was busy with another project!
